The Team
Manager Jenny Hollando graduated from university with a degree in Criminology - she joined the team in 2002 for a year, took a year out to travel and then re-appeared to work her way up to the top job… she now heads a team of four Duty Managers and numerous part time staff.
Head Chef Andrew Lee joined the R&C in1996 for just a year. He’s still with us and having worked his way up the ladder now manages a team of six… plus ‘the boss’ on occasions! He is a Geordie ‘through and through’ and blindly supports Newcastle United.
Head Housekeeper Jane Johnson arrived in 2006 having owned the Country Style Bakery with her husband in nearby Middleton. She swapped making cakes for making beds and now excels at leading her team in keeping the brass and copper polished and the dust at bay.
