Single occupancy rates - please deduct £15 from the B&B rates and deduct £50 from DB&B rates

All bookings - payment for the first night is taken 7 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy - for up to 3 rooms we offer free cancellation up until 7 days prior to the day of arrival. Cancellations made with less than 7 full days notice will be charged at the full cost of the booking. For larger groups of 4 or more rooms special booking conditons apply with advance payment so please contact us directly.
Please note that the reason for a 7 day minimum cancellation policy is due to the size, style and location of the property which makes it very difficult and unlikely to re-let rooms with less notice.
